Brainthinks Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Brainthinks account and associated data. Brainthinks is published by Rays IT and Design World.

Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Brainthinks account in either of these ways:

1. Open the Brainthinks app.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm by tapping Yes, Remove.

You can also request account deletion by emailing info@raysitworld.com from your registered email address or include your registered mobile number in the request.

Processing time

Account deletion is processed immediately after the user confirms the deletion request in the Brainthinks app. If deletion is requested by email, we process the request after verifying the registered account details. If additional retention is legally required, we will retain only the required records for the required retention period.
